Shipping Policy

Here you'll find all information about shipping, delivery times, tracking and international delivery.

EU Fulfillment (shipped from EU warehouses) Delivery time shown at checkout Tracking after dispatch DAP outside EU

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to the countries and regions selectable at checkout. If a country is not available at checkout, delivery to that destination is currently not possible.

For legal or logistical reasons (e.g. export/sanctions requirements, carrier restrictions, local import requirements), individual destinations may also be excluded at short notice. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payments already made, unless a different arrangement has been agreed.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout before completing your order. They may vary depending on the delivery address, cart contents, shipping method and promotions.

3. Processing & Dispatch

After payment receipt or payment authorisation, your order will be prepared for dispatch (picking, quality check, packaging, handover to the shipping carrier).

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, handover to the shipping carrier typically takes place within 1–2 business days.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are shown in the shop, on the product page or at checkout and are estimates, unless a binding delivery date is expressly confirmed.

Factors such as weekends, public holidays, regional delivery conditions, security checks or customs processes may affect delivery time.

Business Days & Time Windows

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For orders dispatched on weekends, handover to the carrier typically takes place on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information — where available from the shipping carrier. Tracking updates may be delayed.

6. EU Fulfillment

We ship from EU fulfillment warehouses. The specific warehouse may vary depending on the product, stock availability, destination region and logistics.

For processing purposes, we share the necessary shipping and order data with fulfillment and logistics partners (e.g. name, address, items, shipping label/tracking).

7. International Delivery (DAP)

For deliveries outside the EU, shipments are made on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means: we organise transport to the specified delivery address.

Additional costs may arise in the destination country, in particular customs duties, import VAT and handling/presentation fees charged by authorities or the shipping carrier. Unless these costs are expressly marked as "included" at checkout, they are to be borne by the recipient.

Customs clearance may require your cooperation (e.g. providing information/documentation or paying duties). Delays caused by customs processes or lack of cooperation may extend the delivery time.

Shipment at Customs / Notification

In some countries, shipments may be held for customs inspection. The shipping carrier or the relevant authority may contact you. Please observe any deadlines to avoid returns or additional charges.

8. Delivery & Delivery Attempts

Delivery is made to the shipping address you provided. Depending on the carrier, delivery may be made to reception points (e.g. front desk) or redirected to parcel shops / collection points.

Delivery instructions (e.g. "please leave with neighbour") are treated as non-binding requests. Whether and how these are followed is at the discretion of the carrier's delivery process.

9. Address & Non-Deliverability

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. You are responsible for any delays or costs arising from incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses, to the extent attributable to you.

If a shipment is returned to us due to non-deliverability, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect (e.g. from a parcel shop or customs office), return shipping costs or additional charges may — to the extent permitted by law and attributable to you — be taken into account upon any refund.

10. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery where possible. In the event of visible damage, we recommend documenting it (photos) and reporting it promptly by email.

A delayed report does not result in the loss of your statutory rights, but may assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.

11. Partial Deliveries

If items are located in different warehouses or logistics require it, partial deliveries may occur. No additional shipping costs will arise unless otherwise stated at checkout.

12. Returns

Returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal or statutory warranty are governed by our cancellation policy and applicable law. Please contact us by email before returning an item so we can provide you with the correct procedure.
